Preheat oven to 200 degrees

Slice potatoes hasselback style and spray with oil
Step 3
Bake potatoes for 45 minutes
Step 4
Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper and add to tray with potatoes after 30 mins
Step 5
Microwave steamfresh frozen veggies
Step 6
Place butter, garlic paste, parsley and Maldon salt in container and microwave for 15 seconds.
Step 7
Assemble plates with chicken, potatoes and veggies. Top potatoes and veggies with the melted butter, and top chicken with sauces.
