Instructions

Step 1
Day before: pick 2 loafs of bread into pans and let stale over night. Give turkey a name.
Step 2
Day of: Preheat oven to 325° F
Step 3
Melt butter on low with parsley, bullion cubes, and onion
Step 4
While melting clean turkey neck and cavity. Pick out missed feathers.
Step 5
When mixture is melted beat 10 eggs. Pour eggs and butter mixture all over picked bread.
Step 6
Stuff Turkey with mixture and stuff Turkey. Tie legs and rub remaining stuff all over turkey. Get under skin. Add one inch of water. Tent tinfoil and cover.
Step 7
Cook turkey for 5 hours. DO NOT CHECK SOONER! Turkey is done when the meat is falling off leg bones. Turn oven to 350° F, put foil aside and brown turkey.
Step 8
Once brown take out of oven and put foil back on. Let turkey sit on counter until everything else is ready.
