It’s soup season and today I was craving butternut squash soup, it is so creamy, rich and so delicious definitely warmed me up…
——Ingredients——
-1 butternut squash
-2 large carrots
-1 large onion
-2 potatos
-1 whole head of garlic
-4 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon thyme
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
-3 cups of chicken or vegetable broth

Roasted vegetables in the oven at 375° for about 40 minutes or until fork tender

-a loaf of baguette or your favorite bread
-1/4 olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon dried parsley
