Instructions
Step 1
Use sauté mode to cook the minced beef.
Step 2
.Drain off any excess fat and turn off sautés mode
Step 3
Stir in the tomato purée, herbs, and garlic granules.
Step 4
Put the dried pasta on top of the beef and then pour the jar of sauce over, making sure the sauce is on top of the pasta and not pouring onto the inner pot.
Step 5
Add the cold water slowly. DO NOT STIR!
Step 6
Put on the lid and pressure cook on high for 6 minutes.
Step 7
When time is up, give it a minute or two for the pasta to settle down then QPR.
Step 8
Add the cream, cheddar, and cream cheese, stirring it all in.
Step 9
Serve.
