Step 1
Pour your 3 litres of full fat milk into a large saucepan.
Step 2
On low heat, bring to a gentle boil.
Step 3
Pour 12 soup spoons of white vinegar into the saucepan.
Step 4
Mix milk and white vinegar gently with a wooden spoon until the milk curdles.
Step 5
Take the saucepan off the hob once you observe the milk curdling (separation into whey and curdles.
