Instructions
Step 1
Cut away the stems from the kale so only the soft leaves remain
Step 2
Massage the leaves by hand with oil until soft/no longer prickly.

Cut up the avocado and peppers into small chunks.
Step 4
Add grated carrot and sunflower seeds.
Step 5
Drain the peaches and fry until golden brown. Chop and add to the salad.

Crumble feta on top. Add dressing to taste
For the dressing

Chop and mix all ingredients well.
Step 8
Keep the dressing separate from the salad for storage. Add when serving and mix well, this will prevent it from going soggy. The sauce is strong in this one, be conservative.
