Step 1
Rub up your chicken with Trader Joe’s chili onion (or whatever you have on hand). I bought my strips pre-cut to save time.
Step 2
Heat some olive in your pan and throw in chicken strips. Use your judgement for when they’re done.
Step 3
While your chicken is cooking, wash and cut your kale and persimmon. Then massage your kale with a little olive oil. Yes. Massage your kale. Do not skip this.
Step 4
Add your kale, cooked chicken, random amount of walnuts, chopped persimmon, and goat cheese. Amounts don’t matter for this. Whatever looks good will be good for this one.
Step 5
Drizzle some fig balsamic on top and taste it to decide if you want to drizzle additional olive oil on it. Use high quality balsamic.
