Instructions

Cook and eat
Step 2
Thaw chicken breast and cut into bite size squares.
Step 3
Put chicken and marinade into a plastic bag and seal to marinate for at least one hour.
Step 4
Put chicken into a pan sprayed glass baking dish and cook at425 for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Half way through put rice in a rice cooker with a tablespoon of butter.
Step 6
When finished fluff rice with a fork and place in a bowl.
Step 7
Place chicken on top of rice and add some of the marinade and serve.
