300galmond meal
180gtapioca flour
2 tablespoonschia seeds
⅓ cupsunflower seeds
⅓ cuppumpkin seeds
2 teaspoonssalt
60 gramslinseed meal
2 tspbicarbonate soda
Wet ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add in wet ingredients. Bake in large baking paper lined bread tin for 50-55 mins at 170 degree oven. Cool on wire rack. Soaked fruit may require bread to be in oven up to 60 mins.
