Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order listed.
Step 2
Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.

Select dough setting

Remove from machine when kneading is complete, do not allow to rise in bread machine, shape dough into a loaf and place in 13 X 4 inch pullman pan and allow to rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes. If a pullman pan isn't available two 9 X 4 inch bread pans can be used. Allowing to rise in bread machine before shaping will result in a very poor second rise.
Step 5
Allow bread to cool on the wire rack until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes.)
