Chicken tortellini soup

I find this to be a great meal option when I have a bunch of stuff in the fridge that needs to be eaten and I’m on the go so I can just toss it into the crock pot and be on my way. It’s flavorful and very diverse as you can add many different things.

Instructions
Step 1
Dice all veggies and place in crockpot
Step 2
Add 2 32 oz containers of chicken broth. Turn on crockpot
Step 3
Add seasoning
Step 4
Shred chicken and add to crockpot
Step 5
Add tortellini and stir
Step 6
If you’re using a lot of ingredients then at this time add 1 cup of water. Or, reserve water until half way through cooking and mix well.
Step 7
Set crockpot to low for 6 hours and enjoy
