Instructions
Step 1
1. Season 2-3 chicken breasts cut in half with salt/pepper/garlic powder and sear 4 mins per side. Until cooked, remove and set aside.
Step 2
2. To the same pan add 1/2 medium onion diced small and sauté for 2-3 mins
Step 3
3. Add 2-3 cloves garlic and sauté for 2 more mins
Step 4
4. Add in 12 oz jar of roasted red peppers diced sauté for 2 mins
Step 5
5. Add 1 cup chicken broth and half a stick cream cheese (4 oz) and 1 tbsp dried basil
Step 6
6. Simmer 3 mins and salt and pepper to taste
Step 7
7. Return chicken to pan and continue to simmer till sauce is desired thickness
Step 8
8. Plate and enjoy!!
