Instructions
Step 1
In larger bowl combine flour, water, sugar, yeast and mix that together and then add salt and mix until it becomes a shaggy dough
Step 2
On a lightly floured surface dump the dough on the counter and start needing the dough for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth
Step 3
Put the dough back into the bowl and cover, and let it rise for 1 hour
Step 4
Flour the surface and flip the bowl so the dough will come out, fold the edges into the middle of the dough and then flip it
Step 5
Cut the pieces in half and shape them into logs
Step 6
Place them on a nonstick baking sheet with parchment paper and let it rise for 30 mins
Step 7
Preheat the oven 425°F with a tray of water inside
Step 8
With a knife cut slits on top of the bread and sprinkle flour on top.
Step 9
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown
Step 10
Take the baguette out of the oven and let it completely cool
Step 11
