Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 190c / 170c fan. Oil or oil spray a 6 hole muffin tray and play in oven to heat.
Step 2
Microwave the cauli and peas in water for about 4 mins. Drain well. Meanwhile 1/2 cm slice the mushrooms, then half them. Transfer all to a bowl
Step 3
Add 35g of cheddar to the bowl and all the spices. Stir through. Add the egg and combine thoroughly.
Step 4
Remove muffin tray from the oven, divide the mixture evenly between the 6 cups. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the 6 cups, then finish with a few more grinds of pepper
Step 5
Cook in the middle of the oven for 15 mins
