My Oma created this recipe when she lived in France with my Opa serving in the military. Times were hard and they didn't have a lot of money. This is now a family favorite. Cheap and Easy!

Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop your bacon into small bite size pieces. As it cooks it shrinks. I usually cut the piecies into 1" wide slices.

Step 2
2. Cook your bacon till it is a desired crunchiness. My family likes our bacon super cruchy lol

Step 3
Put your bacon aside and find a pot. Fill the pot about half way to a third of the way up (depending on the pot size) and allow the water to boil.

Step 4
Once the water is boiling, place your egg noodles into the pot and let sit for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Once the egg noodles look like they are softening, turn the temperature down to a low-medium heat and begin stirring the noodles.
Step 6
After about 5 minutes or till the noodles are aldente, you can drain them into a strainer. Youll be placing the noodles back into that same pan once youve drained the water.

Step 7
Turn off the heat from boiling the water, and place noodles aside. In a small bowl combine eggs and milk. Whisk together completely. You can add salt and pepper as desired to this mixture.

Step 8
Once the mixture is done, combine the bacon, egg and milk mixture and noodles into the pot. Turn on medium-low heat and with a wooden spoon begin stirring everything to combine. Itll begin cooking and the egg mixture will hpld everything together.

Step 9
As it is cooking and being stirred it should look like scrambled eggs amd bacon mixed with noodles. You can cook it for runny eggs or solid scramble.
Step 10
Once you are at youre desired texture, pull pot aside and serve. Enjoy with some shredded white cheddar on top if so desired.
