Instructions

The acai bowl

Step 1
Mix all ingredients for the açai bowl in your blender
Step 2
Blend on “high” for 20 seconds and thereafter blend on “low” for 20 seconds until thick and creamy
Step 3
If it is too liquid and thin, add some more frozen blueberries

The toppings

Step 4
Cut banana in thin slices and top your açai bowl with banana, granola, coconut flakes, peanut butter and blueberries
