Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown turkey meat with seasonings, set oven to 415F 2. Slice onions into 3/16" strips, sauté 3. Crack eggs in large bowl and scramble with milk and seasonings (optional: chipotle grill mix, cumin. or curry powder) 4. Chop zucc's into 1/2” x 3/4" pieces 5. Mix zucc's, onions, turkey, spinach into eggs 6. Oil/butter glass dish, fill with the mix, and even out 7. Bake until fork comes out clean 8. Let cool, covered with foil 9. Cut in half longways, then quarters shortways to make 8 pieces, and refrigerate 10. Optional: Reheat pieces over medium flame for 10 min Enjoy!
