Instructions

Step 1
Combine the whites of the spring onions, the garlic, ginger and soy sauce
Step 2
Pour the sauce over the ribs and make sure all is covered Ideally let the ribs marinade for 30 Minutes.
Step 3
Add Water into Digi Cooker and put marinated ribs in. Set to 'steam' (low presssur) for 15-20 Minutes
Step 4
When the ribs have finished steaming, take them out and remove the sauce into a pan
Step 5
Brush the ribs with oil and lightly salt. Put the ribs into the pre-heated Air Fryer for 20 minutes, turning them half way.
Step 6
Heat the sauce and fry the green parts of the spring onions with a bit of salt and chilli
Step 7
Serve the finished ribs with the crispy spring onions on top and serve the sauce on the side (or with some rice)
