Instructions

Step 1
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and grill them in a lightly oiled pan until soft and lightly browned. Season with a pinch of salt and set aside.
Step 2
Warm a pan on low heat and place the piadina in it. Spread the mayonnaise evenly, then add the grilled zucchini and goat cheese.
Step 3
After a couple of minutes, add the cured ham and salad leaves, then fold the piadina in half.
Step 4
Cook briefly until warm and lightly crisp, then serve.
