Instructions

Step 1
Debone & shred rotisserie chicken Dice onions, jalapeno, & banana peppers Mince garlic
Step 2
Heat olive oil and butter in stock pot
Step 3
Saute onions, once translucent add jalapeno. After a few minutes add garlic. Once fragrant add banana pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, add 1 tablespoons banana peppers juice.
Step 4
Add flour and incorporate to make roux. Cook roux for 1 minute until flour taste is gone
Step 5
Add chicken stock, cans and jars. Add spices Simmer for 30 minutes
Step 6
Add cream cheese and sour cream. Squeeze the juice of one lime. Simmer until hot & incorporated. Taste & adjust seasoning.
Step 7
Serve with fixings
