Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and stir in milk
Step 2
In large bowl combine milk, butter, warm water, maple syrup and yeast. Mix until just combined.
Step 3
In separate bowl combine flours, salt, and oats. Mix in slowly with wet ingredients until combined
Step 4
Kneed dough for 8 minutes on medium speed in standing mixer
Step 5
Proof dough in bowl with a towel covering it for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Stretch dough into a large rectangle then fold into a greased loaf pan. Proof for another 45 minutes.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until internal temp hits 190. Remove from pan and cool well before slicing.
