Chocolate Macaroon cream pie.
This is a rich pie made with coconut, chocolate and custard.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix coconut with sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips, set aside.
Step 2
In large pan heat milk and sugar till sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Add cornstarch to mixture and cook about a minute
Step 4
Add beaten egg yolks
Step 5
Cook until thick, about 10 minutes
Step 6
Take off stove and stir in butter and vanilla.
Step 7
Add coconut mixture to custard, and mix to combine.
Step 8
Beat egg whites with sugar to stiff peaks. Spread on pie.
Step 9
Bake pie about 10 minutes, just long enough to brown meringue.
