Fajita soup

2 steps
Prep:10minCook:6h
This is my fajita soup recipe. It’s made with skirt steak (but you can use any steak), jalapeño, onion, tomatoes, garlic and fajita seasoning. Super easy to make.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the steak of your choice into thin slices. Put in crockpot add garlic as much as you like. Then add onion, 2 jalapeños and at least 5 tomatoes. (If you want more juice add more tomatoes, for less juice use less tomatoes.) Add fajita seasoning, I use fiesta brand seasoning. Again use was much as you like for taste. Once you add all ingredients put crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours. Before you serve add cilantro, and cook about five minutes longer. When it’s done this can be served with Borracho beans and a tortilla if you like or Spanish rice. I also slice avocado on the side.

Step 2
Not sure on how many this will serve due to how much meat and tomatoes you use. I’m going to say 4 servings.
