Instructions

Step 1
First brown onions on saute (more) setting until brown
Step 2
Then add meat and bhonofy until it changes color
Step 3
Then add ginger garlic paste and keep bhonofying
Step 4
Add shan nihari pack and mix again for 2-3 mins
Step 5
Then add 5 cups of water and let it come to boil
Step 6
Place lid and set pressure cook to 20 mins
Step 7
Roast 1 cup of flour and mix with water to make slurry
Step 8
When time is done, add in slurry and set sauté mode to 30 mins on less
Step 9
Once done, nihari is ready
