Step 1
Sift all dry ingredients, except the chopped Brazil nuts and chocolate chips.

salt½ teaspoons
coconut sugar⅓ cup

Mix dry ingredients throughly, leaving chocolate chips at the end. If using kitchen aid mixer, mix in 1/2 a speed, when bananas are fully incorporated add chocolate chips and increase speed to 3.

Step 3
Cover the dough and let it stand for 15 to 20min. In the meantime, preheat the oven at 370 F and add coconut oil to all sides of your baking pan.
