Add to bowl with soy sauce, shao-hsing wine, sesame oil, sugar, corn starch and baking soda and let marinate for at least 10 minutes
Sauce

Mix sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and shao-hsing wine
Cooking
Step 4
Heat pan with oil
Step 5
Add beef and let brown then put in separate bowl


Step 6
Add new oil, reheat and add broccoli untill done


Step 7
Add ginger and garlic and cook not too long
Step 8
Re-add beef and add the sauce after a few seconds
