Step 1
Season chicken. Cover in buttermilk. Add hot sauce. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Mix flour, cornstarch, and same seasonings used for chicken. Add 2-3T marinade to dry batter to create clumps. Dip chicken in dry batter. Fry in oil. Drain on paper towel. Combine honey and hot sauce on stove until bubbling. Toss fried chicken in hot honey. Serve with buttermilk ranch.
