Chicken
1 lbchicken breast
skinless/boneless
2 Tbspolive oil
2 Tbspginger
minced
4cloves garlic
minced
1 Tbspsoy sauce

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine the chicken ingredients (EXCEPT the olive oil) in a medium bowl or a ziplock and add the chicken in to marinate for a min of 20 mins or up to 3 days.
Step 2
2. Once your chicken is marinated heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add in the chicken and sear for 8 mins per side (don’t touch them until it is time to flip). Set the chicken on a plate once done.
Step 3
3. In the same skillet add ½ Cup water, broccoli, green beans, and bell pepper and cover over medium heat for 3 mins to soften the veggies. Then remove the veggies and set them aside.
Step 4
4. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and mix well over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Add in the veggies and toss in the sauce. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to a simmer. Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces and then add it to the skillet. Toss in the sauce. Simmer for 2 mins.
