Instructions

Step 1
Make cornbread from packaged cornbread mixes the day before. You may need to bake 2 packages. Soak cornbread and bread pieces or Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix in chicken stock or broth.
Step 2
Cook onion and celery in 2 tbsp butter.
Step 3
Mix together the breads, cooked vegetables, remaining butter (melted) and rest of ingredients.
Step 4
Bake uncovered at 400°F for about 45 min. to 1 hour or until as done as desired. Keep checking it after 45 minutes so it doesn't get too dry.
