Instructions
Step 1
Chop potatoes into cubes and slice other veg. Add potatoes to one balking tray and drizzle with oil and seasoning. Pop in the oven at 200c for 10 minutes
Step 2
After 10 minutes add the veg and chicken (including marinade) to a seperate large baking tray and pop in the oven with the potatoes
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
Step 4
Divide among bowls top with feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!
