Instructions
Step 1
Place pork chops in a deep sheet pan or baking dish.
Step 2
2.Add all other ingredients to a bowl and stir thoroughly. Pour over the pork chops, being careful not to splash over the edge.
Step 3
3.Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, or until chops are beginning to brown, turning over once half way through the cooking time.
Step 4
4.Serve with your choice of mashed potato and sautéed dark leafy greens (collards are our favorite with this dish!)
