Instructions
Step 1
Boil or stir fry chicken. Shred meat.
Step 2
Sautéed onion in oil in saucepan until translucent. Stir in soups, sour cream, green enchilada sauce, and chilies. Heat until warm.
Step 3
Tear tortillas into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
Layer half of sauce, chicken, tortillas, and cheese in lasagna-sized pan. Repeat layers, ending with cheese and sauce.
Step 5
Bake in oven at 350 for approximately 45 minutes covered. For last five minutes remove cover to brown cheese a bit.
Step 6
NOTE: You can also make this in a crock pot. Layer the same and cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
