Here’s my quick & easy, lazy recipe for the classic Chinese comfort food: Pork & Century Egg Congee皮蛋瘦肉粥! My hubby likes it better than the one in dim sum restaurant tho haha. Hope you like it too!😌💛

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté ground pork over medium high heat till cooked.
Step 2
Sauté ginger for 1 min or till fragrant.
Step 3
Add rice cooking wine.
Step 4
Add chicken broth & bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add cooked rice.
Step 6
Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 7
Peel century eggs. Add in congee.
Step 8
Cover & simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Step 9
Gently break up century eggs into smaller pieces while stirring.
Step 10
Season congee with salt, white pepper & sesame oil.
Step 11
Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
