Fudgy Black Bean Brownies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350* F. Spray your pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

Drain the black beans, then put it in a blender with the water. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

In a bowl, add the brownie mix and black beans, and mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Step 4

Pour batter into the prepared pan, and. bake the brownies according to the instructions on the box.

Step 5

Let the brownies cool to room temperature before cutting it into it.
