Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat bottom of a shallow backing pan with non-stick cooking spray

Step 2
In a large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, and pepper

Step 3
Add in the ground turkey, using clean hands mix well and form into 2-inch balls. Place in the baking dish.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes
Step 5
Cut off the ends of the zucchini. Use a Mandolin, spiralizer, or side of a box grater to slice the zucchini into long, thin strips

Step 6
In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add zucchini strips and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until tender.

Step 7
Serve the meatballs over the zoodles and top with marinara sauce
