Instructions

Step 1
Heat butter in inner steel pot of pressure cooker set to Sauté on High; sauté bacon until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside.
Step 2
Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Sear chicken in inner steel pot of pressure cooker until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
Step 3
Combine chicken broth and mustard in a bowl.
Step 4
Place bacon in the cooker with chicken and add chicken broth mixture.
Step 5
Lock pressure cooker lid in place and set steam vent to Sealing. Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 6 minutes on High Pressure. Set steam vent handle to Venting to quick-release pressure.
Step 6
Remove lid, add Brussels sprouts, and select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 2 minutes on High Pressure. Set steam vent handle to Venting to quick-release pressure.
