Instructions
Step 1
Soak beans in water for at least an hour
Step 2
Sautee finely chopped onion in oil in slow cooker for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Add flanken, marrow bone and cubed cheek meat or kalachel.
Step 4
Sautee meat for at least 30 min, flipping it over in between.
Step 5
Rinse beans and cook it up in fresh water.
Step 6
Add beans to slow cooker with water it cooked in
Step 7
Spice to desired taste
Step 8
Cook till Shabbos morn.
Step 9
Tip- use a slow cooker liner to avoid the mess.
