Beating egg whites separately with cream of tartar helps make the loaf less dense (which is a usual result of baking with nut flour).
Baking powder and Stevia help get rid of the mild egg taste.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add cream of tartar to the whites and beat until soft peaks are achieved.
Step 3
In a food processor combine the egg yolks, 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, salt and Stevia. Mix until combined. This will be a lumpy thick dough until the whites are added.
Step 4
Fold in the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites. Do not overmix as this is what gives the bread it’s volume.
Step 5
Line loaf pan with parchment paper (optional) and butter it. Pour mixture in and bake for 30 minutes. Check with a toothpick to ensure the bread is cooked through.
