Baked Acorn Squash with Berries

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° Place acorn squash halves on top of crumpled foil on a baking sheet flesh side up. Spoon the hazelnuts into the center of each half, dividing them evenly. Do the same with the blueberries and cranberries. Drizzle the tea on top. Bake for 45 minutes checking halfway. Serve hot with maple syrup drizzled on top
