Sausage and peppers with pappardelle pasta

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta as per instructions. Slice onion and bell pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in large pan. Medium high heat.
Step 3
Saulte onion and garlic with salt and pepper to taste until translucent/fragrant.
Step 4
Add sausage meat. Break up with spoon and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add sliced bell pepper. Cook while stirring until peppers have softened.
Step 6
Add chicken stock. Simmer until reduced. 5-10 minutes approx.
Step 7
Add cooked drained pasta. Mix to coat noodles.
Step 8
Serve with parmesan or similar cheese.
