Instructions

Step 1
Place the oats, coconut flakes, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds,vanilla and cinnamon in the base of a food processor and pulse 10 to 12 times until just combined. (you can also just mix these ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until throughly combined)
Step 2
If the mixture is too sticky to roll into balls, add some more oats. If it’s too dry, add in more peanut butter.
Step 3
Add the dark chocolate and pulse to just combine.
Step 4
Pinch off a 1 tablespoon ball using either a spoon or an scoop. Roll into a ball, then continue with the rest of the mixture.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
