Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the Varoma and cook for 10-15 min. Varoma, with 500 g salt water in the mixing bowl
Step 2
Keep 100 g of cooking water, discard the rest. Transfer the vegetables in the mixing bowl and blend 15 sec. Speed 6, add the water (50-100g) and blend 1. min. Speed 6-8, increasing speed gradually from speed 6 to speed 8. Serve hot.
