Instructions
Step 1
Get cornmeal 2 eggs and some buttermilk put the cornmeal 1 tbs of flour in a normal-sized cast iron skillet add 2 eggs and some buttermilk mix until you have a cake batter consistency get hot oil from the cast iron skillet and pour just a little bit in it mix make sure there is only enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet put in the oven on 400° and put it in the oven cook until dark brown on the top
