Instructions

Step 1
Prepare instant rice with instructions on the box. Use broth instead of water. Season broth to taste. Seasonings will absorb into rice and flavor it.
Step 2
In a skillet cook ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. When ground beef is cooked, you may drain grease.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce to meat mixture. Season to taste.
Step 4
Combine cooked rice with the tomato and meat mixture.
