Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, chilli powder, smoked paprika and garlic powder.

3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towel and place in a large zip lock bag with the seasoning blend. Shake the bag so that the wings are evenly coated.

4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Take the wings out of the bag and place on a plate. Spray the wings so that both sides are evenly coated with oil and place in a single layer into the air fryer.

5. Cook the wings for 7 minutes.
Step 6
6. Open the air fryer and flip the chicken. Cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Step 7
7. While the wings are cooking mix the honey, BBQ sauce and tomato sauce together in a glass jug.
Step 8
8. Once the wings have finished cooking, remove them from the air fryer and place in a large bowl. Add half of the honey BBQ sauce mixture and toss to coat.
Step 9
9. Place the chicken back in the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 10
10. Serve wings with the remaining honey BBQ sauce.
