Oven Roasted Potato is a traditional Lebanese way of making side dish for BBQs, it’s very tasty and delicious with roasted onion and garlic.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Step 2
In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes then drain well.
Step 3
Place potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Using a potato masher or fork, carefully smash the potatoes until flattened but still in one piece.
Step 5
Top with olive oil, garlic and thyme.
Step 6
Place into oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Step 7
Serve hot next to BBQs, Steak or Grilled Chicken.
