Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mash the bananas.
Step 3
Add the protein pancake mix, milk, egg, maple syrup (or honey), cinnamon, and vanilla to the mashed bananas.

Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 5
Stir in mini chocolate chips if using, or add blueberries or nuts as desired.
Step 6
Grease a muffin tin and pour the batter into muffin cups.
Step 7
Bake for 20-22 minutes for regular muffins, or 14 minutes for mini muffins.
Step 8
Check with a toothpick to ensure muffins are done.
Step 9
Cool before serving.
