drained and rinsed or 2 lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cupfrozen peas

2 x 15 oztomato sauce

1 x 13.5 ouncecan unsweetened coconut milk

2 teaspoonshoney

1 tablespooncurry powder

1 tablespoongaram masala

1 teaspoongaram masala

½ teaspoononion powder

½ teaspoongarlic powder

¼ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
To freeze and cook later
Step 1
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and use by date (about 3 months).
Step 2
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag.
Step 3
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze.
To cook in Crockpot
Step 4
Cook for 4 to 6 hours on low setting.
To cook in instant pot
Step 5
Add frozen meal to instant pot and saute for 5 minutes to release some liquid.
Step 6
Flip over.
Step 7
Add one cup of water.
Step 8
Pressure cook 25 minutes.
