Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200° C
Step 2
In a large baking dish, place all the red curry ingredients and whisk until combined
Step 3
At the bok choy in an even layer and top with the dumplings
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes until cooked
Step 5
Top with the coriander and sesame seeds and chili oil if using
