Instructions

Step 1
1. Spray 9 x 13 in. glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bread slices in a single layer in a dish.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, eggnog, milk, vanilla, essential oil, and nutmeg in a medium bowl and pour over bread. Let stand 30 min. While standing, drain and rinse oranges and let dry. Turn bread, sprinkle with cranberries and oranges. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Heat oven to 400° F. With pastry blender or two knives, cut butter into brown sugar and flour in a medium bowl. Turn bread. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar mixture. Bake 15 min. Turn bread and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar and pecans. Bake an additional 10-15 min. or until golden brown.
